If the new law in the United States was meant to clarify the picture regarding online casino gambling, nothing can be further from the truth. Despite the fact that President George Bush signed the bill, legal analysts are insisting that American gamblers are not breaking any law if they play at online casino sites. These double messages are certainly confusing the general public, including many of the country’s students, who, until now, were keen players at online casino sites.
