The year 2006 isn’t over yet, but online casino sites are already starting to offer odds on Time’s magazine person of the year. The 79th issue of the widely popular magazine will be released on Christmas, and following a long tradition, the person that influenced the world the most this year will be elected as “person of the year”. Just as reminder, last year it was U2’s Bono, along with Bill and Melinda Gates that won the award, while George W Bush did it a year before. Although the results are kept as a secret until the issue is released, online casino sites try to predict the possible favorites and offer their odds. This year the favorite, with a 9-2, is Eric Schmidt, Chairman and CEO of Google, the biggest search engine on the web.
